The University of Derna Digital Repository is an institutional academic repository established to preserve, organize, and provide access to approved scholarly and institutional outputs of the University.

The repository may process limited information required for account registration, submission and review workflows, user communication, service security, and technical operation. This information may include a name, email address, institutional affiliation, submission metadata, system logs, and technical access information.

Personal information is used only for repository administration, submission review, user support, service security and improvement, and compliance with applicable institutional policies. The repository does not sell personal information to third parties.

Public metadata and deposited files may be made openly available after publication has been approved. Restricted, embargoed, or administrative information is managed according to authorized permissions and institutional review procedures.

Users must not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary, authorized, and approved for the relevant repository workflow.
