Terms of Use

By using the University of Derna Digital Repository, users agree to use the service only for lawful academic, research, educational, and institutional purposes.

The repository provides access to scholarly and institutional content deposited, reviewed, or approved for publication through University of Derna repository workflows. Metadata and files may be subject to copyright, licensing, access, embargo, or institutional restrictions.

Users are responsible for respecting copyright, citation requirements, licensing statements, and access conditions associated with repository records and files. Downloading or reusing materials does not transfer ownership or remove the obligation to cite and comply with applicable rights and conditions.

Depositors are responsible for ensuring that submitted metadata and files are accurate, lawful, and authorized for deposit. The repository administration may review or correct metadata and may reject, withdraw, or restrict materials in accordance with approved institutional policy.

The repository operates using the open-source DSpace software. Reuse of the software is governed by the terms of its open-source license.
